Persons who have shown a keen interest in Library and Information development, and have otherwise given outstanding service to the Association maybe admitted to Honorary membership shall be submitted with supporting evidence of the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee shall consider such nominations  and endorse nominations shall be presented at  an Annual General Meeting.  Honorary members shall have the same rights and privileges as an Associate member.
